In his career, Bernard has closed more than $50 billion dollars worth of transactions. Since 2006, Bernard has established himself as a leading manager & investor in the US oil and gas sector.

Peter is a Director and Founding Member for Altenberg Energy HDM, LLC. and looks after the Investment & Acquisitions and related transactions. Peter has hundreds of millions of dollars of international transactional & operational deal experience in various industries over his expansive career. Peter has served as an executive with public and private companies and has international experience and management skills in all the functional areas of running a growth-oriented business. These skills include Board/Corporate Governance, Operations Management, Organizational Structuring, Sales & Marketing, Systems Development and M&A, as well as strong leadership and executive team building skills.

Craig is an exceptional professional with over 20 years of experience in transactional service, sales & marketing, and team leadership. Craig served as Vice President for Coach Plus, an executive management training company, where he sold and delivered C-level training programs for senior executives and achieved global top-ranking results. With a wealth of experience in consulting and management Craig sees the big picture while working at the micro-level in complex transactions.
